When should I book my party?
We recommend to call or book online at least 6-8 weeks before your party or event to ensure availability. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions before booking online.
How much space is required for the setup?
We recommend at least 10×10 (or 100 sqft) of floor space per Party Bar tower. This gives the guests enough space to fully engage in the experiences. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions before booking online.
How many guests can the Party Bar accommodate?
Depending on the goal and the available space for the event, we can handle a both large and small parties. As a rule of thumb, 1 Media Tower per 12-16 guests. For larger events, our Party Bar towers can be configured with multiple services and can be strategically placed to take full advantage of your event space no matter the layout. Just give us a call to discuss the details and our Party Bar consultant can work with you through the process.
Do you host parties outside?
The short answer is NO, but we are planning to offer this ability by early Summer 2020.
Do I have to book all three PB360 services (Gaming, Photo Booth, Virtual Reality) or can I just book one or two of them?
You can book any one of the services as a Single (1 service) or as a Combo (2 services). However, we do recommend the Ultimate Package to give your guests the best experience and to get the best discounts.
Is this the same Virtual Reality that I can play at home?
Yes, however the space and cost requirements can limit access to premium quality virtual reality for many. We offer the consumer grade, business grade standalone, and the premium, room-scale virtual reality experiences and a variety of content at an affordable price.
Can I play the Virtual Reality games with my friends?
Definitely! Depending on the setup, we can accommodate a wide variety of options. Please call the Party Bar consultant to discuss the different virtual reality options that allow the players to play with friends.
What do I have to wear to play?
We recommend comfortable clothes and rubber soled shoes to allow freedom of movement. High heels are not allowed, nor may you play in bare feet. We offer PartyBar 360 Socks are available for purchase as well.
What are the physical limitations for using the virtual reality equipment?
For the best virtual reality experience, we recommend that users have full head and neck mobility along with at least one hand. Please give us a call if there are any special accommodations that need to be considered. We will do our best to cater to your needs. We recommend all guests with pre-existing medical conditions to please consult their physician before Virtual Reality use.
Can I play Virtual Reality with my glasses?
Of course, the headsets are adjustable and allow for a secure and comfortable fit for all users with and without glasses.
Will I experience motion sickness?
Those who are susceptible to motion sickness may experience motion sickness symptoms during virtual reality equipment use. We use the highest quality graphics cards to offer a premium smooth visual experience, however, if you feel any discomfort during your virtual reality session, we ask that you inform a staff member immediately.
